The Vienna Declaration
Here’s how it works:
1) everyone signs the Vienna Declaration
2) UN pays attention, reviews its whole silly “war on drugs” thing.
3) people are allowed to mention the fact that injected drugs exist without being arrested
4) healthcare for users becomes better/existent, clean needles etc. are available
5) HIV and AIDS get a baseball bat to the knee
simple! do it.
